Each one of us has experienced some degree of discomfort while seated in a conventional chair design. When we dedicate the time to sit in meditation, the last thing we want to struggle with is physical discomfort as it becomes a very notable distraction. We were always taught from the great masters that a healthy spine and a perfect spinal alignment are paramount to experiencing proper energy flow throughout the body.
