Trial
Period
With
each chair design, we offer you a 1 week trial period
where you can test the chair to see if it will be
a perfect fit for you. This trial period begins from
the day you actually receive the chair. We are nearly
100 percent when it comes to customer satisfaction
so we trust that you will be more than pleased with
your new chair design.
Returns
Please
maintain the original packaging in case you decide
you would like to return the chair within the trial
period. Simply call us and we will arrange to have the
chair returned. Returns must be arranged through
our office. Once we receive
the chair back into our warehouse, we will issue a
full refund for the product. Shipping charges cannot
be refunded.
Cancellations
If
you should decide to cancel an order after it has
been placed and before you have received it, a 15%
restocking fee will be charged.
Warranty
Our
chairs are designed to last a lifetime. If you should
experience any manufacturing defects, please
let us
know and we will address the issue immediately.
Online
Security
You
can be assured that when purchasing through our online
store, your privacy is our greatest concern.
We use
Verisign credit card processing services for your
protection. If you are uncomfortable placing
an order

and one of our representatives will personally process
the order for you.
Delivery
Time
Because
our chairs are handcrafted, we ask for a 3-6 week
window to have your chair delivered. We do however
honor requests to have them made sooner if at all
possible.
