Full Lotus, Half Lotus & Burmese
This meditation chair is excellent for sitting in The Full Lotus Posture, The Half Lotus Posture and The Burmese posture. Most people can’t maintain The Full Lotus position for extended periods of time and end up in Half Lotus or Burmese (pictured)
Quarter Lotus Position
